About Us

At Red Chili, we offer authentic Thai and Vietnamese dishes to the Bay area. Our family-owned restaurant began in 2004 in Hayward, CA and offers family-style dine in as well as catering and takeout options. In 2017, we expanded to San Jose, CA and specialize in takeout and catering. We offer traditional dishes as well as Thai and Vietnamese fusion recipes to bring something new to our community.

2004 – Hayward, CA

Immigrating from Southeast Asia (you guessed it, Thailand and Vietnam), we thought it would only be right to stay true to our roots and bring authentic Thai and Vietnamese food to the East Bay. We opened Red Chili right along Mission Blvd in Hayward, CA, serving the local community since 2004. Through everything, we’ve stayed open until now thanks to our wonderful team and loyal customers. 2017 – San Jose, CA

We open a smaller location, specializing in takeout & catering to bring our flavors to the South Bay. Here, we are constantly experimenting with new Thai and Vietnamese fusion recipes. Try our Tom Yum Wings!
